The PASS Program and the Out of School Youth (OSY) Component will be hosting a two day Summit which will be held in Fresno, California, on Thursday and Friday, September 25th and 26th. The summit is taking place as a result of the cooperative effort between the regions, CDE and the PASS and OSY Program staff members. Throughout the State, professionals implementing these programs have requested the opportunity to receive training and to share best practices among the regions.
